CIT Must Redo Analysis In BenQ Duty Fight: Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (May 27, 2011, 6:18 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit said Friday that a "principal use" analysis must be used to clear up a dispute between importer BenQ America Corp. and the U.S. government over the tariff classification of liquid crystal display monitors made for Dell Inc.
