Willkie Farr Reps PAI In CD&R's $3B Spie Deal

Law360, New York (May 31, 2011, 12:46 PM EDT) -- A group led by private equity firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice LLC on Tuesday agreed to buy the French engineering firm Spie from PAI Partners for €2.1 billion ($3 billion).

Tuesday's announcement culminates a sales process for Spie that PAI, a French private equity firm, announced March 24.
