Omega Loses Bid To Bar Engineering Co. From Trademark

Law360, New York (May 31, 2011, 5:45 PM EDT) -- A British appeals court rejected Swiss watchmaker Omega SA's bid to challenge Omega Engineering Inc.'s trademark application on Friday, ruling that a 1984 contract between the two companies prohibited the suit.
