Law360, New York (June 1, 2011, 8:27 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit grappled with the constitutionality of the health care reform act Wednesday, offering mixed opinions on the federal government's authority to enforce the law and questioning whether the plaintiffs still have standing to bring their challenge.
