Law360, Los Angeles (June 1, 2011, 10:04 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday handed a win to First Quality Baby Products LLC in its diaper products patent infringement fight with Kimberly-Clark Worldwide Inc., reversing a Wisconsin federal judge's preliminary injunction against First Quality on three of four patents.
A three-judge panel found that First Quality had raised substantial questions about the validity of three of the patents, which cover methods for manufacturing, inspecting and folding disposable training pants used by toddlers to assist in toilet training.
