Ex-Johnston Barton Atty Alleges Sex, Race Bias

Law360, New York (June 1, 2011, 7:44 PM EDT) -- A former nonequity partner with Johnston Barton Proctor & Rose LLP slapped the firm with a gender and race bias suit in Alabama on Wednesday, claiming that Johnston Barton lodged an ethics complaint against her in retaliation for complaining about discrimination.
