Insurer On The Hook For Hospital Sex Abuse: Judge

Law360, New York (June 2, 2011, 6:34 PM EDT) -- A West Virginia federal judge on Wednesday ruled against National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh in a suit over coverage for a $2.55 million settlement reached between a hospital and two women who were molested by a nursing assistant.
