Refinery Groups Sue EPA Over Emissions Data Request

Law360, New York (June 1, 2011, 10:34 PM EDT) -- Two oil and gas trade groups filed a petition Friday in the D.C. Circuit challenging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's request for emissions data from refineries, urging the court to review an order the organizations say is time consuming and costly.
