3 Boeing Workers Rally Against NLRB Suit

Law360, San Diego (June 2, 2011, 9:46 PM EDT) -- Three Boeing Co. workers sought to intervene Wednesday in a National Labor Relations Board suit seeking to return aircraft manufacturing work to a unionized plant in Washington state, claiming more than 1,000 South Carolina employees would lose their jobs if the board prevailed.

Dennis Murray, Cynthia Ramaker and Meredith Going — all of whom work out of Boeing’s nonunion North Charleston, S.C., plant — filed a motion requesting to take part in the NLRB case in order to oppose the agency’s efforts to move work back...
