3rd Circ. OKs Atty Fees For Urban Outfitters In IP Fight

Law360, Los Angeles (June 2, 2011, 8:02 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Wednesday affirmed a lower court’s award of $1.34 million in attorneys’ fees and sanctions to Urban Outfitters Inc. in a suit alleging BCBG Max Azria Group Inc. infringed its “Free People” mark — then tacked on additional attorneys’ fees for earlier appellate litigation.
