Le-Nature Trustee Objects To Rabin Group’s Fee Bid

Law360, New York (May 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Trustee overseeing the Chapter 11 proceedings of Le-Nature’s Inc. has objected to a bid for administrative fees by the Rabin Group, which unsuccessfully sought to act as the auctioneer of the bankrupt drink maker's assets.

U.S. Trustee Kelly Beaudin Stapleton said in court documents filed Tuesday that the Rabin Group, a group of companies that proposed to take on the role of selling Le-Nature’s assets, does not have standing to recover more than $34,000 in fees because it does not fit under the umbrella...
