AIG Unit Sued For $10M Over Halted Gas Deliveries

Law360, New York (June 3, 2011, 1:54 PM EDT) -- An Australia-based titanium dioxide producer sued an American International Group Inc. unit in Maryland on Thursday seeking coverage for $10 million in business interruption losses following a 2008 natural gas facility explosion that cut deliveries of that energy source to its plants.
