Uncertainty Over Policy Fuels Wild Lands Litigation

Law360, New York (June 13, 2011, 7:33 PM EDT) -- Although a congressional roadblock recently halted the U.S. Department of the Interior's contentious Wild Lands wilderness protection policy, Utah has refused to end a closely watched lawsuit over that program, which both opponents and supporters suggest may still have a pulse.
