Judge Nixes VW's Defense In Parking Brake IP Suit

Law360, New York (June 3, 2011, 7:38 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Idaho found Thursday that 55 Brake Co. Inc. did not obtain a patent for an electronic parking brake system through inequitable conduct, delivering a setback to Volkswagen Group of America Inc.'s defense against the electronic brake manufacturer's infringement claims.
