Goodyear Sued Over Tire Service Network Trademark

Law360, New York (June 6, 2011, 9:52 PM EDT) -- The Tire Network Inc. filed a trademark and unfair competition suit against Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in Maryland on Monday after Goodyear allegedly backed out of a proposed settlement over the use of a name and telephone number similar to that of TTN.
