Blue Cross Tries To Dodge Price-Fixing Action In Mich.

Law360, New York (June 6, 2011, 7:06 PM EDT) -- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan asked a federal court Monday to nix a proposed antitrust class action filed by the city of Pontiac alleging a conspiracy between the insurer and Michigan hospitals to charge higher prices for services.
