All American Creditors Make Pitch For Trustee

Law360 (May 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The official committee of unsecured creditors of All American Semiconductor Inc. has asked for a trustee to be appointed or for the case to be converted to Chapter 7, alleging current management is acting for the benefit of the company's lenders.

In a motion filed Wednesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, the committee said that the company's leaders have failed to complete a sale, the motion contends, all while the company continues to deteriorate.
