Union Pacific, BNSF Hit With Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (June 7, 2011, 6:03 PM EDT) -- Coal and petroleum coke shipper Oxbow Carbon & Minerals LLC hit Union Pacific Railroad Co. and BNSF Railway Co. with an antitrust suit in Washington on Tuesday over allegations that the companies fixed shipping prices through an arbitrary fuel surcharge.
