Davis Polk Nabs Derivatives Lawyer Ahead Of Regulation

Law360, New York (June 8, 2011, 5:17 PM EDT) -- Davis Polk & Wardwell LLC has snagged a former attorney for the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission to serve as a partner in its financial institutions group ahead of the impending regulation of the derivative swaps market.
