Japan Seeks WTO Involvement In Ontario Green Subsidy

Law360, New York (June 8, 2011, 7:29 PM EDT) -- Japanese trade officials requested a World Trade Organization dispute settlement panel on June 1, after failing to reach an agreement with Canada over a provincial clean energy program that allegedly discriminates against Japanese exporters of wind and solar technology.
