Fed. Circ. Upholds Hako-Med’s Loss In Patent Suit

Law360, San Diego (June 9, 2011, 7:09 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday upheld the dismissal of Hako-Med GmbH’s suit alleging Axiom Worldwide Inc. infringed its patent for electrotherapeutic applications.

In a brief order, the appeals court rejected Hako-Med’s appeal, finding no error in the Hawaii federal court’s decision that the case was barred by res judicata.
