Legal Job Market Could Heat Up In 3rd Quarter: Survey

Law360, New York (June 9, 2011, 4:18 PM EDT) -- The results of a new survey released on Wednesday suggest that the legal job market could heat up in the near future, as more than a third of lawyers contacted said they intended to hire lawyers and support staff in the third quarter of 2011.

Out of 200 lawyers surveyed by the Robert Half Legal Hiring Index, 35 percent said they plan to add legal staff in the next three months, while only 5 percent plan to reduce their personnel.
