Ex-McGuireWoods Clients Seek To Move Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (June 10, 2011, 3:58 PM EDT) -- The former shareholders of closely held investment and natural resource business The Kay Co. LLC fought Thursday to return to West Virginia state court a multimillion-dollar malpractice suit against McGuireWoods LLP over a botched tax-shelter transaction.
