Fund's Disclosure Fight Falls Short In Supreme Court

Law360, New York (June 13, 2011, 1:52 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court refused on Monday to hear Full Value Advisors LLC’s constitutional fight against the Securities Exchange Act’s disclosure requirements for institutional investment managers holding at least $100 million in securities.

The high court denied without comment the hedge fund's petition for a writ of certiorari, preserving a ruling by the D.C.
