Minn. Man Latest To Be Charged In Crown Forex Scheme

Law360, New York (June 14, 2011, 12:56 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors charged a Minnesota man on Monday with helping to lure investors to sink their cash into a multimillion-dollar Ponzi scheme orchestrated by Crown Forex SA principal Trevor Cook.

In a criminal information filed in federal court, government attorneys charged Christopher Pettengill with one count of securities fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and one count of money laundering.
