Law360, New York (June 14, 2011, 3:20 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Mississippi on Monday resentenced a trial lawyer and two former Mississippi state judges to prison after the Fifth Circuit vacated their convictions on bribery charges but upheld their corruption convictions stemming from an alleged loan scheme.
