NLRB GC Defends Boeing Complaint

Law360, New York (June 17, 2011, 3:45 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board's acting general counsel told members of Congress Friday that the board's complaint accusing Boeing Co. of transferring work to South Carolina in retaliation for strikes was issued to protect employees throughout the country, not harm workers in South Carolina.
