FERC Proposes Rule To Obtain Natural Gas Data

Law360 (May 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- On April 19, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) proposed two new rules implementing the “transparency provisions” of Section 23 of the Natural Gas Act (NGA), as amended by the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct 2005).
