Ruling Allows Pentagon To Pick Negotiation Issues

Law360 (May 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Defense will retain the right to decide which issues to negotiate with union leaders, after an appeals court overturned an earlier ruling that struck down the policy.
