Kansas Disability Center Sues Former Employees

Law360, New York (May 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Kansas advocacy center for people with disabilities has sued a group of former employees, alleging they used the center’s confidential and proprietary information to start their own disability center, breaching their employment contracts, engaging in conspiracy, and breaking competition and computer laws in the process.
