Ex-DPL Execs Settle Payout Suit For $25M

Law360, New York (May 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Three former executives of regional energy and utility company DPL Inc. will receive about 20% of the $134 million in deferred compensation they sought in litigation, according to a settlement unveiled by DPL Monday.

DPL alleged former Chairman Peter H. Forster, former Group Vice President Caroline E. Muhlenkamp and former president and CEO Stephen F.
