ITC To Probe Foreign Jet Industry Competition

Law360, New York (June 15, 2011, 2:30 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Wednesday that it had launched an investigation into the global competitiveness of the U.S. business jet aircraft industry at the request of a U.S. House of Representatives committee.

The agency said it would provide lawmakers in the House’s Committee on Ways and Means with a discussion and analysis of the structure and factors affecting the competitiveness of the business jet aircraft industry in the U.S., Brazil, Canada, Europe and China.
