Marketer Says Ex-Bryan Cave Partner Breached Contract

Law360, New York (June 15, 2011, 10:01 PM EDT) -- A California marketing company filed breach of contract and professional negligence claims against a former Bryan Cave LLP managing partner Tuesday, alleging he failed to disclose a conflict of interest and used privileged information to represent another client that later sued the marketer.
