Private Sector Argues For Narrow Swap Definitions

Law360, Washington (June 16, 2011, 12:57 PM EDT) -- Panelists at a financial regulatory roundtable in Washington on Thursday asked regulators to be cautious in defining who and what are swap dealers or swap market participants, voicing worries about the ripple effects of bringing smaller entities under the definition.
