Ex-Fidelis Owners Indicted For Fraud In Mo.

Law360, Wilmington (June 16, 2011, 3:57 PM EDT) -- Missouri’s attorney general unveiled indictments on Wednesday against the former owners of defunct car warranty dealer U.S. Fidelis Inc. for felony charges including stealing, unlawful merchandising practices and insurance fraud.

Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster said in a statement that a St. Charles County grand jury levied a 14-count indictment against Darain Atkinson and a 13-count indictment against Cory Atkinson, the brothers who owned and operated the company prior to its bankruptcy.
