DLA Piper Fails To Nix Ex-Secretary's Sex Bias Suit

Law360, New York (June 17, 2011, 7:43 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Wednesday denied DLA Piper’s motion to dismiss a former secretary’s suit alleging that she was fired from the firm after being sexually harassed and discriminated against, but tossed several claims against two partners.
