ITC Takes Up CSP's 337 Complaint Against Sued-Chemie

Law360, New York (June 17, 2011, 8:27 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission agreed on Friday to take up CSP Technologies Inc.'s complaint alleging Germany-based Sued-Chemie AG illegally imported infringing resealable containers used to store moisture-sensitive items.

The investigation into whether Sued-Chemie violated Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 will cover imports and sales of flip-top vials, or containers with a lip snap seal that keep out moisture and are often used to store items such as diagnostic test strips, the ITC said.
