High Court Declines To Weigh In On Patent Definiteness

Law360, New York (June 20, 2011, 3:30 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to take up a patent battle between Applera Corp. and Enzo Biochem Inc. focused on the standard used by the Federal Circuit to determine whether a patent's claims are definite.
