FTC Eyes Oil, Gas Industry Amid Rise In Pump Prices

Law360, New York (June 20, 2011, 6:02 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission has agreed to launch a probe into how the oil and gas markets are affecting how much the average American consumer pays for gasoline, Sen. John D. Rockefeller IV, D-W.Va., said in Washington on Monday.
