6 Insurers Cut From Coverage Suit Against National Fire

Law360, New York (June 21, 2011, 5:14 PM EDT) -- A Nevada federal judge on Friday dropped all but one of seven plaintiffs from a suit brought by a group of insurers claiming National Fire & Marine Insurance Co. wrongfully denied coverage in nearly 200 construction defect actions.
