Suncor Accused Of Gas Price Discrimination

Law360, Washington (June 21, 2011, 1:41 PM EDT) -- A convenience store operator and trucking company accused Suncor Energy USA Inc. in Colorado on Friday of practicing price discrimination in the way it sells fuel to the operator and other retail gasoline distributors.

Suncor allegedly gave price breaks to rival gasoline retailers but refused to offer everyone such favorable terms, according to Western Convenience Stores Inc. and its affiliate Western Truck One LLC.
