Graham Rips Union's Ethics Complaint Over Boeing Case

Law360, New York (June 21, 2011, 6:21 PM EDT) -- Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said Tuesday that an ethics complaint accusing him of trying to pressure the National Labor Relations Board's acting general counsel into withdrawing a controversial unfair labor practices complaint against Boeing Co. was "ridiculous."

Graham responded Tuesday to the allegations contained in a letter released Friday by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, which represents thousands of Boeing employees in Washington state.
