Zagg Snags Headphone Maker IFrogz For $105M

Law360, New York (June 21, 2011, 6:44 PM EDT) -- Zagg Inc., a maker of protective cases for mobile devices, expanded into the headphone market Tuesday with the $105 million acquisition of privately held iFrogz Inc.

The buyer specializes in making protective cases for smartphones, iPads and other popular personal electronics devices and said iFrogz was a complementary brand that immediately established Zagg’s presence in the market for headphones while deepening its line of primary products and improving its distribution platform.
