Cubs Owner Accused Of Retaliation In Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (June 23, 2011, 9:06 PM EDT) -- An owner of the Chicago Cubs was hit Monday with a suit in Nebraska by two women who say they were fired from his Omaha-based charity after they accused another executive of sexual harassment.

Patricia Davis and Patricia Duncan filed suit against Joe Ricketts and his charity the Opportunity Education Foundation, alleging he and the other defendants created a hostile work environment characterized by sexual harassment, and then fired the women in retaliation when they complained to management.
