Canada-US Oil Pipeline Bill Passes House Committee

Law360, New York (June 23, 2011, 5:44 PM EDT) -- The House Energy and Commerce Committee passed a bill Thursday that would require the federal government to expedite a planned $13 billion pipeline to carry crude oil from Canada to refineries in the United States.
