National Enquirer Publisher Snags US Edition Of OK!

Law360, New York (June 23, 2011, 6:51 PM EDT) -- The publisher of National Enquirer will buy the U.S. edition of OK! Magazine for an undisclosed amount, the duo revealed Thursday.

American Media Inc., which publishes several celebrity magazines and websites including Star and RadarOnline, will buy the tabloid from Northern & Shell, according to the companies.
