3rd Circ. Affirms Backpay For Union-Involved Employees

Law360, New York (June 23, 2011, 9:30 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Thursday affirmed that two men fired from a New Jersey warehouse for union activities deserved generous backpay, publishing a decision that lays out the court's take on what supporting evidence was adequate in backpay cases.
