G-P, Union Carbide Want Miss. Judge Off Cases

Law360, New York (June 27, 2011, 5:15 PM EDT) -- Georgia-Pacific Corp. asked a Mississippi judge on Monday to recuse himself from three breach of contract suits for conflict of interest, just days after Union Carbide Corp. asked the state Supreme Court to disqualify the same judge and vacate a record-breaking $322 million asbestos verdict.
