10th Circ. Upholds ClearOne’s Trade Secrets Win

Law360, New York (June 27, 2011, 8:18 PM EDT) -- The Tenth Circuit on Monday shot down consolidated appeals from WideBand Solutions Inc. and others, leaving intact ClearOne Communications Inc.'s win in a $10 million trade secrets battle with WideBand and two ex-ClearOne workers over audio-conferencing technology software code.

In a 96-page published opinion that affirmed the trial court, a three-judge panel of the Tenth Circuit ruled on 12 consolidated appeals.
