Law360, New York (June 28, 2011, 5:34 PM EDT) -- A Mississippi federal judge on Monday shot down David Zachary Scruggs' renewed effort to have honest services fraud counts against him tossed, momentarily preserving the last remaining charges tied to his father’s scheme to bribe a state judge.
